What a cute little restaurant! My gf and I were lucky to stumble upon this place randomly and thought it was such a treat. The decor is fun, with different lampshades depending on the table, and different tables. The food was so good, especially for the price. My gf had the salmon and I had the tuna steak. Both were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sweet potato and veggies on the side were delicious as well. The French fries were the best I’ve had in a while. We both had dessert. She loved her cheesecake and I loved my ice cream and chocolate cake. The house red wine was good too. We were very pleased. We had spent a week in Nice before this and felt it was better than most of the places we ate and for much less cost. They even mentioned they have live music on the weekends. We’ll definitely be back!
Food was outstanding. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The owner is very welcoming and kind. No tourist rip off. Just great food and Portuguese vibe. Loved it. If you have the chance don’t miss it.
Excellent experience! The food was perfectly prepared: the mixed vegetables were so good. My steak was perfect, nice size and very tender. My husband’s salmon was very tasty and the potatoes that accompanied were delicious. Highly recommend for a casual lunch or to celebrate any occasion. Great house wine also!
Very beautiful decorated restaurant. The space is bright and calm. We had a good waiter with great service. We ordered steak and octopus rice, and it was very delicious. The steak was a bit over cooked and the knife that came with it was not very good knife, but they gave us a better one once we asked for it. The portion size of the octopus rice is very big and more than enough for 2 people.
The octopus rice & risotto were very tasty and the view of the palace is amazing:) Big shout-out to Bruno for the excellent service – he was really friendly and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend :)
